Iowa City is easily my favorite spot in my adopted home state. It’s got all the classic earmarks of an all-American college town: music, beer, hippies, crazy (and proud) liberals and the handsome University of Iowa campus. Just watch out so you don’t get hit by an errant Frisbee or hacky sack. Another reason I never mind making the drive over is every wedding I’ve photographed in IC has never failed to gift me with a cast of such warm and lovely people to work with. Melissa + George and their friends and family were no exception. Cue the classic Doric columns of the Old Capitol Building…
